What is AlertoWatch?
AlertoWatch is a rule-based alert system for crypto markets. You define conditions, the engine evaluates them on every closed candle, and you get notified through your chosen channels.
How is this different from TradingView alerts?
AlertoWatch is alert-first, not chart-first. There is no charting overhead, no trading layer, no broker integrations. The DSL is open and the engine is deterministic — you can replay any release end-to-end.
What is the MCP server?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. AlertoWatch ships with an MCP server so AI agents like Claude or Cursor can create, query, and modify your alerts in plain English. Every change still passes server-side DSL validation.
Can I send alerts to my own webhook or Telegram?
Yes. You can route alerts to webhook, Telegram, Discord, email, or the in-app feed. Channels are independent and configurable per alert.
What kinds of alerts can I create?
Value comparisons (e.g. EMA200 > price), crossovers (e.g. SMA13 crosses up SMA50), and percent-move rules (e.g. price up 7% in 4h). Indicators include SMA, EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, VWAP, and volume.
