Price alerts

Create crypto price alerts that match your rules

Monitor a crypto market for a specific price level or a defined percentage move. AlertoWatch evaluates the rule in the background and records the event when the condition matches.

Compare indicator alerts

Price level alerts

Create a rule for price moving above or below a numeric level. Choose closed-candle evaluation for confirmed candle closes or supported intrabar evaluation when a faster level touch matters.

Percentage-move alerts

Monitor an upward or downward percentage move over a supported number of bars. A one-bar rule measures the current candle using the product's documented semantics; a multi-bar rule compares the earlier close with the current close.

One-time or recurring monitoring

Use a one-time alert when only the first match matters. Use a recurring alert when the rule should remain active after a trigger, with duplicate-event protection handled by the platform.

How it works

  1. 1

Select the exchange, symbol, and timeframe.

  2. 2

Choose a static price comparison or percentage move.

  3. 3

Set the threshold and trigger behavior.

  4. 4

Select notification channels and save the alert.

Honest limitations

A price alert reports that a configured condition matched. Fast markets, exchange outages, missing data, and evaluation timing can affect when a notification is produced. A notification is not a recommendation to buy or sell.

FAQ

Can I create an alert for price above a level?
Yes. Static value comparisons support price above or below a numeric threshold.
Can I monitor a percentage drop?
Yes. The percent-move rule supports upward and downward movement over supported bars and timeframes.
What is the difference between on-close and intrabar monitoring?
On-close rules evaluate finalized candles. Intrabar rules may evaluate a forming candle and follow plan-based monitoring intervals.
Can I send a price alert to a webhook?
Yes, when a webhook notification channel is configured and selected within the plan's per-alert channel limit.
